Marie is an expert problem-solver, a skill she appreciates being able to use for clients at NorthLend. Her role includes following up with clients on defaulted payments or insurance, sending timely renewal offers for clients on time to renew their loans, connecting with clients regarding inquiries, and managing collection loans. With more than seven years of experience, Marie chose to work with our team because we strive for success in all that we do.

Jessica is a licensed realtor with over 15 years of experience in sales, customer service, and management, coupled with over eight years in real estate and an additional four years in finance. She has developed expertise in multiple areas of the industry, providing her clients with a unique competitive edge. At NorthLend, Jessica is presented with new scenarios every day, which keep her engaged in continuous learning and growth.

Charbel sources investors who are looking for alternate investment strategies in both real estate and private investment. He appreciates being able to provide his clients with incredible opportunities and felt this role would be beneficial to his commercial real estate and private investor clients, which is why he joined the NorthLend Financial team in 2019. With 15 years of experience, Charbel understands what makes an investment opportunity a great deal and takes pride in being able to highlight what the underwriting team has put together.

Mike is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals who invest in private mortgages procured and underwritten by Northlend Financial Inc. on a deal-by-deal basis. He entered the industry in 2018 after selling his business and found Jason to be a leader in the lending industry. With over 30 years in the financial services sector, Mike has been with the team since 2019 and appreciates being able to deliver an incredible yield on his clients’ invested money.
