About Jason Anbara
Our Founder
After graduating with Honours in International Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from The Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa, our president and founder, Jason Anbara, began his career.
Starting out in the financial industry in 2006, Jason has worked at two major banks in Canada. He has managed more than 500 employees throughout his career in various departments, including customer marketing, sales, and collections. In addition, Jason is proud to be a consistent winner of various customer service and industry-leading awards.
In his spare time, Jason enjoys travelling and spending quality time with his wife and three children.

Our History
With more than a decade of experience as mortgage administrators, we’ve been building trust and providing solutions to our clients since day one.
We started out in the real estate investment business in 2011, exploring the industry and starting to help new clients.
A prestigious honour, our CEO became the top Mortgage Development Manager in Canada in 2013 for one of the big 6 banks.
With a strong sense of the industry, we started our own mortgage brokering team under Mortgage Alliance in 2015.
After several years in the adjacent industry, NorthLend Financial was founded in 2017 and became FSRA (formerly FSCO) licensed.
We continue to stay ahead of the curve in industry updates, products, and options for all our clients.

Most of our clients’ assets are within Eastern Ontario, and our average ROI is 11.4%. Our one-year terms provide peace of mind to our investors.
